Hi I’m Thalia

I'm a BANT-registered nutritional therapist (FdSc DipION CNHC), Founder of Thalia Pellegrini Nutrition & the Knackered Mums Nutritionist.

I'm also mum to two high-energy boys aged 14 and 12 and an even-higher energy Cocker Spaniel. I love old rom coms and chocolate. Give me both and I'm pretty much in heaven (especially if I'm home alone!).

My mission is taking midlife mums from knackered to nourished. I want to take you from the place you are now, feeling stuck and stale, to feeling vibrant and energised.
